Meursault as an Outsider to Society, to Himself and to his Environment Albert Camus was an Algerian-French absurdist creator, who composed books like The Outsider and The Plague. In The Outsider he recounts to the narrative of an aloof and corrupt character, Meursault, and how he manages the standards of the general public and the critical individuals around him. The story happens in Algiers, where Meursault gets a message illuminating him that his mom had dropped and that he expected to go to the burial service, in which he didn't show any feeling. Later on, as the character develops, he executes a man with no particular thought process and he is indicted in court for his activities. With supporting proof from the novel, it very well may be contended that Meursault is an untouchable to society, to himself and to his condition, just somewhat. According to society Meursault is an outcast, an impossible to miss and separated man, who doesn't appear to see how everything should work around him.
